The Bach G Major Prelude
We at the Krentz Cello Studio work tirelessly with our students, pushing them to achieve their full potential from a very young age. In that process we have made the Prelude of the G Major Cello Suite by J.S. Bach a sort of landmark for students around 9-10 years of age. Once they are able to perform this piece at a high level at this age we make a beautiful video of their performance and share it with the community. Our newest video is of Mako Nishimura, currently 10-years-old, who began her studies with Mrs. Krentz at the age of 7. Below is a link to Mako’s video of the Prelude from the G Major Suite by Bach:

New! Student Studio Recordings!
With technology advancing at the rate that it is, we at the SCA have invested in great recording equipment and lighting to help make everlasting videos for our students. Wherever their walks of life takes them, they can always have these videos to look back on. Please ask us about making a video for your child!
